VMware has been deeply engaged in helping its customers in OpenStack deployments. This includes deployments that leverage both the VMware NSX networking platform (formerly Nicira) and also deployments that leverage VMware vSphere, the world's most advanced compute hypervisor platform. In this session, we will feature stories from these customers and also give a look ahead at the latest and greatest OpenStack integration work coming out of VMware.

Dan is the former lead of the OpenStack Networking Project (Neutron, formerly Quantum) and currently leads OpenStack product strategy at VMware. Prior to VMware, Dan was an engineer and product manager at Nicira, the company that pioneered networking virtualization.
