This talk is about provisioning and managing Hadoop clusters on OpenStack using Savanna project. Savanna supports two key use cases: on-demand cluster provisioning and on-demand Hadoop tasks execution (Elastic Data Processing). This presentation will be focused around EDP functionality.

Wel give an introduction to Savanna project, review features implemented on 0.3 version and talk about further plans, cover key architectural aspects and make the live demo. In this demo wel show how user can execute Hadoop job in one click on data stored in Swift using pre-configured Hadoop cluster template.
